Subscriptions 

If you are new to ZhemFit.com and Zhembrovskyy, we offer free trial videos of the kind of content that is included in the ZhemFit.com subscription service. That way you can try before you buy. Once you sign up to a paid account, your credit card (or other form of payment) will be billed on a recurring basis until you cancel. Payments will continue unless you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current cycle (if you are on a Monthly subscription, please cancel 24 hours prior to the monthly renewal; if you are on an Annual subscription, please cancel 24 hours prior to the annual renewal). You can cancel your membership at any time. More details on how to cancel can be found in your Account.

Important: Your Subscription Services will automatically renew for the same Subscription Period at the then-current standard rates for access to the same Subscription Services, unless and until they are cancelled or changed by you within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

ZhemFit.com is a non-refundable Subscription Service. As we trust our members to keep track of their subscriptions and to adhere to the terms and conditions agreed to upon registration, we do not refund any unused time.

With an active subscription, you are a member of the ZhemFit.com tribe, which grants you access to our ever-growing library of online classes, training courses and 1-on-1 coaching sessions*.

1-on-1 Coaching Sessions and Cancellation Policy

If you have booked a 1-on-1 Coaching Session but need to cancel for any reason, please make sure to do so no more than 24 hours prior to class start. Then we will work together with you to reschedule the session. Late cancellations (made less than 24 hours prior to the class begins) will be charged at full price.

*Our 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions are subject to individual pricing which is an optional add-on offered to our members. The cost of 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions are not included in the subscription fee.

Dance & Fitness wear

Refunds and returns are easy. After receiving your items, you have 14 days to send it back to us. For as long as the items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on, we'll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay.

Shipping is non-refundable, and the return-shipping is on the expense of the buyer.
